Solution:
1. Click Start,and then click Run.
2. Type regedit, and then click OK.
3. Go to the HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT window, and highlight the main branch.
4. Click Security, and then click Permissions.
5. Set the permission for Everyone to Full, and then click OK.
6. Select the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE window.
7. Navigate to the System/CurrentControlSet/Enum branch.
8. Click Security, and then click Permissions.
9. Set the permission for Everyone to Full, and then click OK.
