Solution:

1. Click Start and select Control Panel.
2. Double-click the Mouse icon.
3. In mouse properties window, click Gestures tab.
4. Click the drop-down button for "Right Corner Assign:" and select Auto Scroll.
5. Check the check box beside "Use Vertical Scolling Function".
6. Click Apply and OK.
