1. Once you are on this web page, from the Step 1, click on Continue
2. It will ask you to download a Validation utility ( GenuineCheck.exe ), download it.
3. Double click on it to execute. It will generate a "Validation" key.
4. Copy and paste it in the Step 2 ( of the website ) and click on Validate

This will complete the Windows validation and will allow you to download the updates/files.
