Solution:

1. Click Start > Control Panel > Mouse > Tapping tab.
2. In the Typing group, check the box Tap off when typing.
3. Set the Delay after last key is hit: to the desired setting (Short to Long delay).
4. Click the Apply button.

If the issue persist follow these steps:

1. Click Start-> Control Panel.
2. Double click the mouse icon.
3. In the Mouse properties window click the Tapping tab.
4. Click the Touch sensitivity button and set it according your convenience.
5. Click Apply and then OK.
