The error message 104-unsupported wireless network device may appear after updating the BIOS software. This document provides information to resolve the issue.
1.Remove the wireless network card from the computer and restart the computer.
NOTE: Review the video on steps for Removing and Replacing the Wireless LAN Mini PCI Card , or consult notebook documentation.
2.Download the SoftPaq SP29136 and install the updated version of the BIOS software. See table below.
3.Turn off the computer and reinstall the network card.
4.Restart the computer and allow the system to install the network drivers.
