Issue:

When you try to modify the User Account via the User Accounts Control Panel, you may receive this error:


Automation server can't create object


Cause:



This is due to the missing registry key given below:



HKCR\CLSID\{66e4e4fb-f385-4dd0-8d74-a2efd1bc6178}



Resolution:



Register the missing registry key by performing the following steps:



1. Click Start and then Run.

2. In the Open box, type: REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL

3. Click OK.
